How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Stylood account directly from within the app by following these steps:

1. Open the Stylood app on your device.
2. Tap your Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm your identity when prompted.
6. Tap Confirm Delete to permanently submit your request.

Alternatively, if you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@schemaphic.com from your registered email address.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon confirmed deletion, the following personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed:

• Full name, mobile number, and email address
• Profile photo and bio
• Portfolio images and project photos (Designer accounts)
• Interior design requirements and preferences (Customer accounts)
• Saved contacts and connections
• Push notification tokens and device information
• All messages and communication history on the platform

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained even after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records and financial data (as required by applicable tax and accounting laws)
• Anonymized or aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you
• Records necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations

Such retained data will not be used for any marketing or profiling purposes.

30-Day Recovery Period

After you submit a deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days.

During this 30-day window, you can cancel your deletion request by logging back into the app and choosing to reactivate your account. Once the 30-day period has passed, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
